COMPTECH CORPORATION AND KESSLER INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION

Effective January 1, 2008, we will be doing business under the name of our parent company, Maven Engineering Corporation. All existing orders under the Kessler or Comptech name will remain in place, but any orders received or issued after the end of this year will be handled by Maven.
